90 YEARS OF TULIP TIME IN MICHIGAN

With nearly 5 million flowers at your feet, Holland’s Tulip Time Festival will say “welkom” to thousands of eager visitors May 4-12, 2019. Tulip Time is celebrating its 90th anniversary in 2019 and will be painting the town orange with orange tulips of different varieties in the local parks and throughout the town. Tulip Time is not a single-location event, but instead a city-wide celebration that offers tulip viewing in multiple spots.

Drawing more than 500,000 people annually, Tulip Time offers a nine-day experience of the town of Holland and its traditions. With the many tulips blooming throughout the city and hundreds of klompen dancers, Tulip Time has been heralded as the nation’s Best Flower Festival, America’s Best Small Town Festival and even the 2017 – 2018 Tulip Festival of the Year! From Dutch traditional garb and dance to nationally renowned entertainment, Tulip Time celebrates both culture and community.
