SEA LIFE Florida Theme Park opening 23 May 2025
LEGOLAND® Florida Resort which is home to the world’s first Peppa Pig Theme Park, will open, SEA LIFE Florida, a “Theme Park Under the Sea” experience on 23 May 2025. The new park will be a blend of ocean exploration with theme park thrills like coral carousels, deep-sea roller coasters and interactive exhibits. This new addition will further strengthen LEGOLAND® Florida Resort’s position as a “multi-day” attraction experience.
SEA LIFE Florida will transport guests into an underwater wonderland featuring a breath-taking ocean habitat with approximately 150,000 gallons of water, a vibrant freshwater gallery and a colorful stingray bay and a hands-on invertebrate touch pool for interactive experiences. There will be more than 3,000 animals across 150 species from Florida’s coastal waters and around the world with Incredible marine life, including blacktip reef sharks, blue-spotted stingrays, big-belly seahorses and more!
SEA LIFE Florida is designed to be a child’s first aquarium experience, educating them through immersive exploration while fostering a love for marine life,” said LEGOLAND® Florida Resort’s President Franceen Gonzales. “As the 11th SEA LIFE Aquarium in the U.S., we are expanding opportunities for families with children ages 2 to 12 to create lifelong memories while also inspiring a passion for conservation.”

LEGOLAND® Florida Resort is recognized as a Certified Autism Center across its Theme Parks, Water Park and three on-site hotels. IBCCES has worked with the Resort to conduct a staff-wide autism sensitivity and awareness training. In addition, they have developed detailed sensory and accessibility guides. These guides offer comprehensive planning tools that provide insight on how each attraction may affect each of the five senses. The resort also provides an accessibility guide.
