LB.Kitchen, a Portland café and mini-mart known for its innovative, functional, healthy food and drinks menu, has opened the first of a new brand of convenience stores called LB. Mini-Mart so visitors can stock up before a day of outdoor adventures or buy gourmet souvenirs to take home. Other locations throughout the Portland area to be announced later this year.
